Teenage male in a wetsuit with a pair of fighting batons…..it takes all sorts i suppose! The original version of this character was supplied with head attached to torso and just the baton arms as separate pieces. However this lead to a lot of casting issues and the premature end of the mould through ripping under the chin (we had to vent the chin to ensure it filled properly but this lead to ripping as the castings were removed).
We obviously didnt want this to occur again so Kev decided to remove the head and whilst he was there add a new head variant (un-masked). So far so good with the new moulds!
