Colonel Hogan

Second in command to Admiral Almos, this leader will tackle decisions head on, taking risks that may mean sacrificing troops if neccessary to achieve his aim. Those under his command live in respectful awe of falling foul of his temper, especially when he has had a few too many drinks.
